Headgear Disguiser

I suggest for headgear disguiser so that this way players from this server would have different view of headgears, different style and unique physical look. For example a player is wearing a feather berret then if he disguises his headgear then attributes of the feather berret will remain but its appearance will look different base on the design of the headgear player chooses. Well ofcourse having a disguise means doing a quest.
